Just create a lather using your hands and apply it to your hair, alternatively apply the bar directly to your hair, Rinse, and Repeat where necessary. 

This Shampoo Bar set comes with sodium castrate, sodium cocoate, sodium shea butter, sodium mangoseedate, sodium olivate, sodium cocoa butter, sodium sweet almond, aqua, glycerin, fuller's earth (cosmetic grade), cocos Nucifera fruit powder (coconut milk powder), kaolin (cosmetic grade), Avena sativa kernel meal (oats), Rosmarinus Officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) peel oil, limonene, geraniol, linalool ingredients.

Conditioner Bar Set comes with behentrimonium methosulfate, cetyl alcohol, Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, Avena sativa kernel extract (oat silk), Simmondsia Chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, tocopherol, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) peel oil, limonene, geraniol, linalool ingredients.
